NEW DELHI – In a strategic update to its board composition, Colab Platforms Limited has announced a change in the status of Mr. Rohit Singh.
Previously serving as a Non-Executive Independent Director, Mr. Singh has been re-designated as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the company, effective immediately for the 2026-27 fiscal year.
