MUMBAI – In a move to strengthen its board-level oversight, Neptune Logitek Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Rushabh Shah as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The decision, effective April 7, 2026, was finalized during the latest meeting of the company’s Board of Directors.
