KOLKATA – The Board of Directors of Ramkrishna Forgings Limited (RKFL) has approved the re-appointment of Naresh Jalan as the company’s Managing Director for a further period of three years. The new term will be effective from November 5, 2026, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
