HYDERABAD – The Board of Directors of KFin Technologies Limited has approved the appointment of Dinesh Khara as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director). In a significant leadership transition, Khara is also set to take over as the Chairperson of the Board, effective October 1, 2026.
