OSLO: On the sidelines of the 3rd India-Nordic Summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a high-level bilateral meeting with his Finnish counterpart, Petteri Orpo, to review and expand the India-Finland Strategic Partnership in Digitalization and Sustainability.
During the deliberations, both leaders committed to an ambitious economic roadmap, explicitly reaffirming their goal to double existing bilateral trade in goods and services by 2030.

In a significant push for green transition, the leaders announced that India and Finland will jointly host the World Circular Economic Forum in September 2026.
