NEW DELHI — The Board of Directors of state-owned power transmission behemoth Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has approved key senior management appointments. Smt. Anjana Luthra has been named the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, while Shri Venkata Subrahamanayam Vallurie (Venkata S.V.) has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
