MUMBAI — Telecom infrastructure service provider Suyog Telematics Limited has formally approved the re-appointment of Subhashita Lature as Whole-Time Director (WTD), extending her executive leadership on the board.
The re-appointment is scheduled to take effect from January 10, 2027, following approval by the company’s Board of Directors and recommendations from its Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
