NEW DELHI — The Ministry of Railways has expanded the executive responsibilities of senior civil servant Rahul Kapoor, handing him the additional charge of Executive Director (Transformation) at the Railway Board.
Kapoor, an officer of the Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS), currently holds the key portfolio of Executive Director/Finance (Resource Mobilisation & Public-Private Partnership)—F(RM & PPP)—at the Railway Board.
