MUMBAI — Healthcare leader Novartis India Limited (NIL) has appointed senior human resources executive Rahul Vijayvargiya as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
With over two decades of corporate leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and organized retail, Vijayvargiya will steer the company’s workforce strategy, talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation agendas.
Prior to joining Novartis India, Vijayvargiya headed the human resources function at Alkem Laboratories. His executive career includes key HR leadership roles at several major corporations, including Reliance Retail (Pharma), Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Aditya Birla Group, and Future Group.
