NEW DELHI — Through an official administrative order under the AGMUT (Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory) cadre management framework, Vikas Kumar has been formally transferred from his posting in Ladakh to Delhi.
The movement forms part of routine inter-territory cadre rotations overseen by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) for central police service officers serving across Union Territories.
