NEW DELHI — The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Puneet Rastogi (IPS:1995:TR) as Special Director General in the Border Security Force (BSF).
The promotion places Rastogi in Pay Level-16 of the Pay Matrix, strengthening the top command structure of the nation’s primary border guarding force.
