KOLKATA — Prem Ranjan Kumar, an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), has been transferred from Southern Railway (SR) to South Eastern Railway (SER).
Upon his transfer, Kumar has been posted as the new Chief Safety Officer (CSO) of South Eastern Railway, where he will oversee operational safety, infrastructure monitoring, and safety compliance across the zone.
