MUMBAI — Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited has strengthened its governance framework with the appointment of Ms. Jayati Bansal as an Independent Director, effective December 6, 2026.
Bansal brings more than 35 years of financial sector leadership from the State Bank of India (SBI), where she previously held the role of Deputy Managing Director of the International Banking Group. Her expertise covers global treasury management, large-scale corporate credit underwriting, institutional relations, and regulatory governance.
