MUMBAI — Board members at Suraj Estate Developers Limited have formalized the re-appointment of Dr. Satyendra Shridhar Nayak to serve a renewed tenure as an Independent Director, effective December 3, 2026.
Dr. Nayak, who holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Ph.D. from the University of Bombay, brings deep analytical and consulting expertise to the board. The author of Globalisation and the Indian Economy and a former director at Bharat Wire Ropes Limited, Dr. Nayak will continue to guide the real estate developer on corporate governance, economic policy, and strategic risk assessment.
