KOLHAPUR — Auto component manufacturer Menon Pistons Limited has inducted Digambar Tukaram Shirke to its Board of Directors as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
The strategic appointment adds experienced independent oversight to the board while ensuring ongoing alignment with statutory corporate governance standards.
