Supermarket and hypermarket chain operator Vishal Mega Mart Limited has appointed seasoned corporate executive Ashok Revathy as an Additional Independent Director to its Board.
An alumna of IIM Bangalore, Revathy brings over 30 years of top-tier executive leadership spanning private equity, information technology, manufacturing, infrastructure, and retail. She previously served as the Managing Director of global real estate firm Tishman Speyer India and co-founded Strategy Garage, a specialized growth consulting firm. Her background covers large-scale capital raising, financial structuring, general management, and retail business expansion.
