MUMBAI — Global pharmaceutical company Lupin Limited has expanded its Board of Directors with the induction of Akhil Gupta as an Independent Director.
Gupta brings over four decades of executive expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business scaling, and governance, highlighted by his previous tenure as Vice Chairman of Bharti Enterprises Limited. His addition to the board aims to enhance corporate governance standards and bolster strategic business execution.
