MUMBAI — Industry veteran Bahram Navroz Vakil has been inducted into the board of JSW Dulux Limited as an Additional Independent Director.
A legal luminary and founding partner of premier corporate law firm AZB & Partners, Vakil brings four decades of legal practice to the company, having operated as a solicitor in India since 1986. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Bombay and an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law. His corporate governance footprint includes existing independent directorships at major entities such as BASF India, Tata Investment Corporation, and Trent.
