MUMBAI — Fine chemical and fragrance producer Oriental Aromatics Limited has expanded its board of directors with the appointment of Amruda V. Nair as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent).
A third-generation hotelier with more than two decades of cross-functional experience in luxury hospitality, real estate development, and asset management, Nair is the founder and director of boutique hospitality brand Araiya Hotels & Resorts. She currently holds a directorship at HLV Limited (operators of The Leela Mumbai). Her appointment strengthens Oriental Aromatics’ corporate governance framework and strategic leadership.
