Ingram Micro, a global leader in the technology ecosystem, has announced that Flavio Moraes Junior will be the new Managing Director and Chief Country Executive (CCE) for its India operations, effective October 1, 2025.
Moraes succeeds Navneet Singh Bindra, who is retiring after over 20 years with the company. Moraes joins the India team after a highly successful tenure as CEO of Ingram Micro Brazil, where he drove digital transformation, secured market leadership in cybersecurity, and accelerated the rollout of the Xvantage platform.
With over 25 years of experience in technology and telecommunications, Moraes is expected to leverage his strong background to drive growth in the Indian market, which Ingram Micro considers a critical region. He will be relocating to the company’s India headquarters in Mumbai.
