Bhargeshwar Banerji has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director of iStreet Network Limited, effective October 31, 2025, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Banerji is a former Chief General Manager at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) with over three decades of experience in financial regulation and risk management. This appointment is intended to strengthen the company’s corporate governance.
