Mr. Hemant Kumar (an Indian Railway Stores Service (IRSS) officer), who is currently the Principal Chief Materials Manager (PCMM) of the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been transferred and posted as the PCMM in the Northeast Frontier Railway (Construction) organization; in this new role, he will be responsible for materials and supply chain management for the critical construction and infrastructure development projects being executed across the NFR zone.
