IRSSE Officer Umesh Kumar (Western Railway) Appointed Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Bilaspur, South East Central Railway

Mr. Umesh Kumar (an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer), who is currently serving in the Western Railway (WR) zone, has been transferred and posted as the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of the Bilaspur Division under the South East Central Railway (SECR); in this key leadership role, he will be responsible for the overall administration, operations, safety, and commercial performance of one of the largest and most critical freight-loading divisions in the country.
