Titan Company Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Sandhya Venugopal Sharma, IAS, as its new Chairperson and Additional Director, effective from January 4, 2026. Nominated by the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO), Sharma is a senior 1995-batch IAS officer with a distinguished career spanning space policy, industrial development, and education reform. She succeeds the outgoing Chairperson as part of a planned transition within the board’s co-promoter representation.
