NEW YORK / DUBLIN — Professional services and technology major Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has appointed technology marketing executive Emma Chalwin as its Chief Marketing Officer, filling a vacant post left open since December 2025.
Chalwin succeeds Jill Kramer, who departed Accenture after a decade-long tenure—including four years as CMO—to join Mastercard as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. During the nine-month transition period, Nick Law, Creative Strategy and Experience Lead at Accenture Song, oversaw the corporate marketing function.
Chalwin’s appointment aligns with Accenture’s focus on placing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and enterprise digital transformation at the core of its global growth narrative and brand equity building.
