NEW DELHI (Feb 7, 2026) – Mrs. Maushumi Rudra, a distinguished 1992-batch officer of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS), has been promoted to the rank of Additional Controller General of Defence Accounts (Addl. CGDA).
The promotion, which elevates her to the Higher Administrative Grade+ (HAG+), was approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) and took effect on February 1, 2026.
