Aditya Kumar Mittal and Raghunath Prasad Tripathi, both associated with the public sector undertaking Andrew Yule & Company Limited (AYCL), have been empanelled for appointment as Independent External Monitors (IEMs). This empanelment signifies their eligibility to oversee the implementation of the Integrity Pact in various government organizations and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). As IEMs, they will play a critical role in ensuring transparency, equity, and competitiveness in public procurement and contract management, serving as an independent bridge between the organization and its vendors.
