LUCKNOW – Shri Avinash Kumar, an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE), has been appointed as the Deputy General Manager (Dy. GM) at the Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) in Lucknow.
