BENGALURU – In a strategic administrative shuffle, Shri Saravanan Mannai Pathakkam has been designated as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) for Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL). The 2000-batch Indian Postal Service (IPoS) officer takes the helm of the vigilance department at the Bengaluru-based aerospace and defense giant.
