NEW DELHI — Pankaj Mishra, a Member of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), is slated to superannuate in October 2026.
The senior bureaucrat is a 1989-batch officer of the Indian Revenue Service (IRS – Income Tax) and currently holds a key portfolio within the apex body responsible for administering direct taxes in India.
