NEW DELHI — The Central Government has approved a major administrative deployment, clearing the central deputation of Shri Nalin Bilochan, IRS (C&IT), to oversee a key directorial role in the national capital.
An “Most Immediate” Office Memorandum released by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) confirms that the 2011-batch Customs & Indirect Taxes officer will take over as Director in the Ministry of Mines, Delhi. His transition to the central secretariat follows an explicit recommendation by the Department of Revenue.
