KOCHI / MUMBAI — Federal Bank Limited has appointed Rajesh Varrier as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director on its Board of Directors.
Varrier, who currently serves as President of Global Operations at Cognizant and Chairman & Managing Director of Cognizant India, brings extensive technology leadership and enterprise execution experience to the private sector lender’s board.
