The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the assignment of the additional charge of Member Secretary, National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB), to Mr. N. Saravana Kumar. A 2000-batch IAS officer of the Bihar cadre, Mr. Kumar is currently the Vice Chairman of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). He will hold this additional responsibility until a regular incumbent is appointed or until further orders. This move follows the repatriation of the previous Member Secretary, Archana Agrawal (IAS: 1990: UP), to her parent cadre in October 2025.
