NEW DELHI — The Department of Power, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), has issued a formal notification announcing the appointment of senior retired civil servant Shri Subhash Chandra Lal Das, (Retd.) IAS (AGMUT:1992), as Chairperson of the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC).
The notification (No. F.11/2026/Power/E-243215/6235-6243) was issued under the authority of Sunny K. Singh, IAS, Special Secretary (Power), GNCTD, on September 9, 2026.
