Dr. Arundhati Malviya, a senior officer of the Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) currently serving in Central Railway, is set to transition into a specialized clinical post within the same zone. This move follows her reaching the age of 62 years on February 19, 2026. Under the Ministry of Railways’ current policy, senior medical officers who reach this age milestone are often redeployed from administrative duties to clinical services to leverage their deep medical expertise for direct patient care until their final retirement.
