NEW DELHI (Feb 7, 2026) – Dr. Rama Shanker, a senior officer of the Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS), has been appointed as Chief Surgeon-V (CS-V) at the Northern Railway Central Hospital (NRCH).
Already serving within the Northern Railway (NR) zone, Dr. Shanker’s new assignment is a localized posting on the railway itself, effective from February 6, 2026
