The deputation tenure of Subhash Agarwal, a 1993 batch IRS (Customs & Indirect Taxes) officer who is currently serving as Special Director of Enforcement (SDE) in the Directorate of Enforcement (ED), has been formally extended for a further period of one year (marking the sixth such extension), effective from December 11, 2025.
