Mr. Shatrujeet Kapur ({IPS} 1990 batch), who was recently relieved from his position as the Director General of Police (DGP) of Haryana, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Haryana Police Housing Corporation (HPHC), Panchkula; this order, issued on December 14, 2025, formally transfers the officer, who was previously on leave amid controversy; the HPHC is a State Government Undertaking established to undertake the construction and maintenance of residential and non-residential buildings for the Police and Jail Departments.
