RANCHI — In a major administrative restructuring of the state’s real estate regulatory apparatus, the Government of Jharkhand has appointed retired senior IPS officer and former Director General of Police (DGP) Ajay Kumar Singh as the new Chairman of the Jharkhand Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
Concurrently, Nalin Kumar, a retired Principal District & Sessions Judge, has been inducted as a Member of the regulatory body, completing the top tier of the state’s real estate watchdog.
