Manoj Kumar Singh, a retired 1988 batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh (UP) cadre and the state’s former Chief Secretary, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the State Transformation Commission, Uttar Pradesh, for a period of three years, marking the first appointment to this post since the commission was restructured in 2022.
