Ms. Richa Mishra (IDAS), an officer of the Indian Defence Accounts Service, has been transferred from the Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA) Headquarters and posted as Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Border Roads) [PCDA(BR)] at Delhi Cantt; in this new role, she will be responsible for the audit, payments, and financial advice related to the massive infrastructure projects and expenditures managed by the Border Roads Organisation (BRO).
