Senior Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer Richa Khare has been transferred and appointed as Director General of the Indian Railways Institute of Financial Management (IRIFM).
Prior to this assignment, Khare was serving as Principal Financial Adviser (PFA) at Western Railway (WR). In her new capacity, she will lead the national training institute responsible for professional financial training within Indian Railways.
