Rakesh Tyagi, an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer currently serving as the Chief Personnel Officer (T&C) at Northern Railway (NR), has been selected for a three-year deputation to RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RailTel) as Executive Director (HR) at its Corporate Office in New Delhi.
