PUNE — In a prominent senior-level administrative movement within the Ministry of Railways, Vineet Gupta has taken over as the Director General of the Indian Railways Institute of Civil Engineering (IRICEN) in Pune.
An officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), Gupta was previously serving as the Chief Administrative Officer (Construction) [CAO(C)] for Western Railway (WR) before his latest transfer.
