Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) currently serving in the East Central Railway (ECR), has been transferred to the South East Central Railway (SECR) and appointed as the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Bilaspur; a critical leadership role in one of Indian Railways’ highest revenue-generating divisions, Mr. Ranjan will be responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and infrastructure development of the Bilaspur division.
