NEW DELHI — The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has officially approved the appointment of Jatin Chopra as the Private Secretary to the Union Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, Dr. Virendra Kumar. Chopra, a 2011 batch officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), will be serving at the Director level.
