MINNEAPOLIS — Global industrial giant 3M has appointed Jennifer Cunningham as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In her new executive role, Cunningham will lead 3M’s global human resources organization, overseeing workforce strategy, talent acquisition, corporate culture, internal communications, and community impact initiatives. She transitions to 3M following a 23-year career at Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM), where she most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for global commercial businesses and regional operations across North and Latin America.
