SRINAGAR — The Government of Jammu & Kashmir Home Department has ordered a major reshuffle in its police administration, transferring and posting several senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officers with immediate effect via Government Order No. 438-Home of 2026.
As part of the realignment, Shakti Kumar Pathak, IPS (AGMUT:2009), has been designated as Director, Anti-Corruption Bureau, while M.K. Sinha, IPS (AGMUT:1996), assumes charge as ADG CID, J&K.
