MUMBAI — Energy major JSW Energy Limited has approved the appointment of Sanjay Sagar as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) on its Board of Directors.
Sagar previously led the power generation company as its Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, bringing deep operational domain expertise across thermal and renewable power, mining, and heavy infrastructure back into executive governance.
