MUMBAI — Private lender IndusInd Bank Limited has expanded its board room oversight with the induction of Priyanka Sinha as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
Bringing more than two decades of senior executive leadership in legal affairs, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, Sinha’s appointment strengthens the bank’s strategic compliance framework. She notably served as Managing Director and General Counsel at Vodafone India Services prior to her board appointment.
